FOR BEST RESULTS, COOK TO 180-200°F. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET REST FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE SHREDDING WITH A FORK OR SLICING. SLOW COOKER: REMOVE PRODUCT FROM PLASTIC AND SEASON AS DESIRED. PLACE IN SLOW COOKER WITH 1 CUP OF WATER. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 6-8 HOURS OR HIGHT FOR 4-5 HOURS. REMOVE MEAT AND SHRED TO SERVE.
