COOKING INSTRUCTIONS OVEN: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Remove all labels; Peel off back label and cut along dotted line to remove top label, taking care to keep bag with meat sealed. Bag will self-vent during cook process. 3. Place bag on foil-lined sheet pan with flat side of the package facing up. 4. Place pan on middle rack of pre-heated oven. Cook 90 minutes at 350 F 5. Remove pan from oven. Ensure pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 F as measured by a food thermometer. Allow product to rest for at least 5 minutes. 6. Cut open bag with scissors, and empty into bowl. Use forks to shred pork. 7. Optional: Toss with your favorite BBQ sauce. Slow Cooker: 1. Open the bag and empty the contents into a 2-quart slow cooker. Discard the packaging. 2. Turn the crockpot on HIGH and cook for 3 hours. 3. Use forks to shred pork. 4. Optional: Toss with your favorite BBQ sauce.
